Returning Your Order
You would like to return your order? No problem! In case you would like to return your order, please keep the follow rules in mind:
14 Day return policy
From the moment you receive your package, you have 14 days to return your order if you are not happy with the product. When you return the product, please make sure there is a copy of the invoice or packing slip inside the package so we know exactly which order arrives when we receive it.Shipping Costs

When returning the product, always make sure it is packed securely, in it's original packaging and is undamaged and unused. Used products that show wear can not be returned.You may return the product provided it is undamaged, intact and in immaculate condition. Please ensure the product is unused and securely packaged when sending it back to us, so that we are able to resell it.
PLEASE NOTE: returns of exhaust systems are only accepted if the exhaust shows no discolouration caused by exhaust heat, no carbon deposits and has not been ridden on. You may mount the exhaust and start the engine but must NOT let it warm up. Once ANY form of discolouration is present, the right to return is IMMEDIATELY void. This is unconditional, so please carefully inspect the exhaust for damage and check the fitment before starting the engine.
Exceptions
There are a few exceptions when returning you product:- Exhaust that have been used can not be returned, no exceptions
- Custom made exhausts with a specific diameter or length can not be returned
- Custom made link pipes can not be returned
- Catalysts or db killers that have been used, can not be returned
- Custom work can not be returned
